Shocking
I took my vehicle for the 60000 km service at Lindsay Saker Midrand in early July 2015. I had just had baby and did not take it myself. I reported to the service agent that my headlights are not working and they need to be looked as part of the 60 000 km service. The service agent agreed and assured me that the light will be looked at and replaced should there be a need.

At the end of the service the agent called me and let me know that the bulbs need to be replaced but at the time they do not have stock and that he was going to call me at a later date. Several months passed (and they have all of my numbers) and I had not received a call. I then decided to call them and they said I can bring it in (January 2016) but I now have to pay for the light bulbs as my maintenance plan has expired. How shocking!
