Service? What Service....

Bought a new VW Amarok from them end 2014. Been having a t******* noise coming from the back every time I stop or pull away and it feels like someone has rear ended me. In the beginning i though i will take it up with them on my 1st service. However it became so bad and annoying that i made contact with Sakers Krugersdorp and they said they will do service and have a look. Was never done! Then i decided to take it to Hyde Park as I bought it from them and trusted that they will get it sorted. They drove with me and we drove one of their demo Amaroks and the noise was there..... They said that they will make contact with VW Germany to see if they have any reports of what it could be. That was over 2 months back. I am almost due for my next service and still have not heard anything from them. I have been in constant contact with Jacques Rossouw (Fleet manager) and also have sent emails to the DP to please get involved. I am not getting any feedback (What to say about positive feedback) from them. I have found on the internet that there are more than just myself that have the same problem on their Amaroks. I will be reporting this to the Obmud of the motor vehicle trade as well.
