Service Related issues

Lindsay Saker/ VW is cheating clients out of money for their warranty. I have been a VW owner and this is my 2nd vehilce. I take my car in for regular services and my current Polo DB25CR GP i bought in 2014. At every service i would adivse them to check my breaks and they would just say it was full of Dust. Now my warranty expired and i took out an extended service plan now they say i need to replace my breaks. THis is absurd as i am being told that they only replace once it is finished, talking about 3 and 2 mm. What if i was in an accident because of the "DUST" At 60k I asked again check my breaks as it is making a noise, now i am being told is a different noise when i know what i hear. Why wait for it to be completley finshed before they replace it, which means i pay for nothing when they know when it will be replaced. I will not pay R1800.00 when this was suppose to be replaced at 60k. Mooi Street tells me now that they cannot pick up my service history as it was done in Krugersdorp/ same system as KRugersdorp could pick it up. Why would i have taken out that plan if it did not help me prior to 75k? I am not stupid i know how these things work. Front breaks were apparently replaced in April but not the rear? How is this possible.

I want my breaks replaced as it was a problem from the start and they fed me with DUST. Yesterday the lady who booked my car in told me that they have had alot of issues with vehicles coming back for breaks. Now i tell you do they even replace your breaks the first time..... I will make this public on all social media if i dont get my desired results
