Service Excellence at its best

As a returning customer to VW Mooi Street, I expected to deal with the same sales executive Danny Tshetlo who sold me my first VW, but I was informed that he left the company. Danny Tshetlo was magnificent when he sold me my car a few years back so I wanted to go back to him when I traded in my vehicle. Nevertheless, he left and I was referred to Mina Trujic the new car sales executive. She was a pleasure from the car evaluation process to settlement and refinancing. I am so pleased with her service and customer care. I am a VW fan but more so a VW Mooi Street fan I can't express how much joy I had with the entire process. Mina you roc****! You're a star
