Service complaint

I took my car for service at Lindsay Saker VW Fourways at 8:30am. I got back to the Dealership at 13:00 afternoon to fetch the car because that’s the closing time according to their Operational hours on Google. It was dead closed. My car was locked inside the entire weekend all my plans fell through, I had to cancel literally everything I had planned. For the first time something like this happens to me from a VW branch. I was very upset. I am definitely not taking my car back to them ever. It was the first and last time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. Terrible!
