second hand parts bought from vw branch

Hi there i am really disappointed when I had to spend more then 4 thousand rand buying automotive parts from a vw branch for my car, paid for brand new parts and received second hand used parts not even in a box,, it was easily visible to be seen as used.. I would like to take this further because they refused to help me when I approached them thank you..
