Salesman was rude and ***********

I asked for foglights on the car I was about to purchase,he promised that it would be done on Monday,when contacted he said he was still waiting for an order but I could send my hubby to collect,I asked the salesperson(duane kruger)if I could send my hubby to collect my new vehicle he said yes he could could come,a few hours later when he was almost there duane calls to say its not possible,when he gets there he gives him attitude and refuse to release the car until very late and told him to get the car somewhere else,dissapointed and angry he had to hike back to Free State at night,he was unprofessional and very ***********,where is customer care in all that,if he knew his work he would have done research on his company policy before making promises
