Sales person full of empty promises

Bought a car on 17-06-2015. When he was pushing the sale he was quick to call me, once I had taken the car, he forgot and went back on promises. Still haven't received my spare which was promised to me a week after I fetched the car. After numerous calls & emails, which were ignored, I called today to get the key ordered. He had advised I need to go to the dealership for this to happen. Got a day off today, called the office, spoke to him, he advised I can come through. I get there and he's at an auction, which he didn't mention on the call. After speaking to fellow sales persons, they advised I didn't need to come to order the key, it could have been done on the phone. I wasted time, energy & petrol traveling there only to be told my details will be taken down, once the key's ordered, they'll call me back. I'm disgusted with this service, I just need to get this damn key so I no longer have to deal with VW Midrand! Your sales person is wack and I wouldn't refer any1 to this place. There's too many VW's to waste time and petrol going to Midrand. I better get that key soon or else I'll take this further!
