Rude Manager MATILDA

so my application declined which i acknowledge however they also don't follow instruction...i bought a car recently with VW Endenvale and understand my exposure is higher ...Sasha had called me earlier in the month and i spoke to her and advised her i only want want absa then did the application again still mentioned Absa again however they went and created enquries on my name...and the Finance Manager Matilda is the RUDEST of them all...she wants to use her Authority on me...im not her child...and the most annoying is her tone of voice and not knowing when to listen to a customer
