Repair of 22 seater VW Kombi

I towed my Kombi to the latter supplier for repair because I it had a cam belt damages. It was on the 12 October 2015, Monday. The person who received it is Freddy. I paid the deposit of R40.000.00 thinking that by the end that week it will be finish. I stayed over in Bloemfontein renting bed and breakfast paying R350.00 a day. on 19 Oct I call them checking the progress, Freddy tod me that they have not yet disassemble the engine to trouble shoot the matter. I then had to extend my stay. On 28 I took a taxi and went to the supplier, same I was told they have not yet done anything. I was then running out of cash to stay in the bed and Breakfast. on 30 October I took a Bus to come back home in Pretoria.<br> <br> On 5 Nov I phone them to check, then I was told that Freddy is on leave. I requested the name of the Manager and I was given Pedro as the Manager. I explained to his all my frustrations, he promised me that he will definitely make sure that my Kombi is fixed in quicker days.<br> on the 13 Nov I called Freddy and he told that they are only waiting for the gasket and the kombi will be ready soon. <br> I complain to CIC and they said will make a follow up with VW.
