refused to give refund

I had a bad experience with vw vereeniging, I've ordered a part on Wednesday the 20/12/2023, the next day i phoned and cancelled the order and i was told that i cant cancel the order, and i explained the someone has bought the very same part, which arrived the very same day after 5 o'clock, when I called VW Vereeniging the next day 21/12/2023, I was told to contact VW SA, VW SA responded to me on the 29/12/2023 to say i should speak to the dealership to refund me, the dealership they refused to refund me and they are telling me that the part arrived on the 27/12/23, and i only hear about that today when I called them about my refund. I'm not happy with their services, they have just confirmed what everyone was complaining about.
