Refused for Refund me after they failed to find me a car I want. (LinsaysakerEastrandmall)

On the 3/03/2018, 11H00AM I collected the car. The car jerked worse on my way back to Johannesburg putting my life at risk. 05/03/2018, 8H00AM I returned to VW, they fixed it. The Vehicle returned to me the week of the 12th/03/2018. The car problem wasn't resolved. It still was jerking. I returned the car to the VW to do further evaluation and inspections. On the 26/ 03/2018 I installed a tracker with car track, it started to work at 10:29AM whilst with the car is with VW. The following events are when I took the vehicle again to be fixed due to the same problem of jerking. 1. 29/03/2018, 15H08PM, The Car was returned to me fixed 100%. 2.03/04/2018, 08H54AM, I returned the car to VW and the car was returned to me on the same day at 10H40AM and it was fixed temporarily. 3.05/04/2018,07H53AM, I returned the car to VW and the car was returned to me on the same day at 10H06AM fixed 100%. 4) 09/04/2018, 07H13AM, The car was returned to VW and the car was returned to me on the same day at 08H13AM fixed 100%. 5)10/04/2018, 09H29, I returned the car to VW and the car was returned to me on the 17/04/2018 at 15H02 and it was Fixed 100%. 6) 26/04/2018, 07:33M, I returned the car to the VW and they said i can still drive it then I returned the car on the 09/05/2018 at 1****AM. A decision was reached, to find me the best deal of a new tiguan 2018 model with specification of my choice, and if they cannot find me the new tiguan by 18/05/2018 they will refund me. They couldn't find a tiguan that suits my specification. Todate they gave the car back and refused to take it back and pay back the money. They claim the problem it is fixed 100%. However the following occurred.

On the 19/06/2018, at 10:00Am i took my car back to be fixed for the following: 1. Refuel cap that is not opening when i unlock the car with the unlock button on the door, only when i use the key car to unlock it allows. 2. Noise coming from front when driving on rough road , even smooth with little bumps or gravel. 3. Clanking noise coming from the timing chain every time i start when the engine has cooled down or cold. 4. Shocks which doesn't feel right when going through speed hump, they make unusual noise. 5. Sticker which displays, Tyre pressure type of fuel used on the refueling cap is been missing since bought the car.

At around 2PM i was called, the car couldn't be brought today they still need to some diagnostics on the car. Therefore they will deliver a cutesy car so i can be mobile. At 4PM i called to follow up if they still bringing the car or must i get my car instead. Well the sales man said he will follow with his manager. I waited for the car to be delivered, No one showed up, till now i am waiting to hear if they still bringing the car or not.

Tomorrow i have to wake up in the morning to work, I have no transport. So basically it is OK that VW employees show up on time and do their work while I must out my job at Risk? I am stranded and stressed on how I will get to work. Lindsay sakerEast rand mall didn't even show some sort of remorse of this situation. I got promised things they can not deliver, basically they **** to me , played with my emotions, got me excited, disappoint me. Their slogan says ' Used cars you can trust" , In my opinion right now it is " Used cars you can throw away" . I will urge everyone reading this, to please stay away from their used cars, the after sale support or service is poor. Now, I am going to walk about 25 Kilometers to work.
