Quick fix gone wrong!
I took my car in because my remote was not responding. They spent the whole day "fixing" it, telling me that it was a coding issue. The remote worked for a day and then stopped working. Today I took it to the VW in Wonderboom and discovered that they had put the wrong size battery for the remote and that was evident because they also put a piece of paper to balance the battery. I would've preferred they let me know that they didn't have the correct battery in stock then for them to find a quick fix that didn't even last!!!
