Pushing Sales and Lies!!!

<p>Hi ,</p> <p> </p> <p>I got in contact with David Schubbe from Lindsay saker Fourways VW , i wanted a brand new UP first you get treated like a king then a servant ! David told me to come through to the dealer to actually see the VW UP! Upon arrival david was very good in selling the car especially with features, David mentioned to me that i would get it full specced out! Mentioned cruise control as that really got my attention. I then proceeded to doing to a quotation with him in his office where he added all the extras besides the navigation. He told me that the shortfall of my trade in would be loaded on the extras and worked out a deal. I accepted and done the application for finance. Everything went through the car got delivered , upon arrival i inspected the car and noticed there was no rear PDC as david mentioned so i asked him and he said NO PDC. So i ignored it as the car is for my GF and she was super excited so she took delivery of the car and on the way home i noticed there was no cruise control when i decided to engage it on the highway. They only gave me half a tank of fuel where i gave 3 quarter tank on my trade in and there was no floor mats in a brand new car!!! i called the next day and spoke to david where he told me no he did mention the cruise control and he will speak to his manager to get the pack fitted for me , i waited a whole day and was only told his waiting for his manager. i called David's manager RUI FERNANDES this morning who was nothing but unhelpful , he just told me he'll look in to it and that was it! i further received a call from David who was blunt and rude and started questioning me as to why i called his manager. David later went on to saying if i want the cruise control it will be fitted on my cost! So david just pushed the sale so he gets commision and i get a headache! as soon as i took deilvery david and VW fourways no longer gave a damn to my needs !!! now they quick to make me pay!!! David realised he messed up on the order and is now playing dumb and acting like he isnt aware! he calls and is rude and Fernandes is not Helpful as a manager so can people who care please call me as i know my consumer rights!!!</p>
