Purchase of Polo VIVO

<p>I bought a Polo vivo a new one like a month back. currently the Kilometers on the car its 4200. I was driving on the my way back from my family home to my place in Vaal. and on the way i was driving with gear4 and i tried to change to gear 5 and it started making funny noise. It was towed to the dealer and the following day i was told to pay like R11 000 because apperently i burned the clush plate. I fail to undersand that in less than 5000 KM how can the clush plate burn. now they have my car and I cant get it back without paying that amount</p> <p> </p> <p>I fail to understand why do i have to pay because the car is still under both the VW maintenance plan and also the dealership maintenance</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
