Post purchase service appauling

I purchased a vehicle from VW Lindsay Saker over 3 weeks ago and was given a temp permit whilst my car gets registered. The permit has expired over 2 weeks ago. This weekend I was interrogated by the Metro for something that is not my fault (why have my permits expired), I think it was up to the dealership to ensure follow ups to these sorts of issues. Im still to receive my spare keys, ash tray and number plates. When I called to speak to the sales assistant whom which I dealt with they said he is no longer working there, then i've tried speaking to Asif the sales manager since Monday with still no luck. The pre sales service was amazing, calling me every 30 mins to ensure the deal was still on the table but then once the papers are signed you take a seat at the back of the line. Service levels in this country have become shocking and personally the Lindsay Saker group has much to be desired.
