POOR, UNPLEASANT, SUBSTANDARD AFTER SALES SERVICE

I purchased a vehicle from Lindsay Saker (Master Cars) Edenvale on the 28/11/2017. the total purchase price was R360 000.00. after receiving the car, it was established that the rims are BUCKLED and the tryes have FLAT SPOTS which leaves for a very bumpy ride. i am also yet to receive the SPARE KEYon this car. I have mentioned this to the salesman (Duane Kruger). he was quick to sell me the car and on the ball when it came to making the sale. after mentioning my issue with the car to him, he refuses to get back to me, my calls or messages do get answered or returned. when buying a vehicle of this value, you expect to receive the vehicle in a 100% working condition, which isnt the case. i was today informed that him and his manager will not assist me. I also had a lady from VW call me to check if im satisfied, i mentioned my issues to her and still, no resolution. had Duane disclosed to me what the issues on the car was, it would be a different case, but he did not not. Is this common business practice for Volkswagen SA representatives???
