poor service from VW Midrand

Poor POOR service from Lindsay Saker Midrand. I took in my car on Tuesday for a mere service and they failed to complete the work in a day. The next day they tell me that they cannot pick me up from my workplace, which I fail to understand because they dropped me off the morning I left my car there, eventually after arguing with the service advisor (Patsy Ramadeen) and her attitude she agrees to arrange with a driver to come pick me up. when I get there they were still not done with the vehicle and I had to await till I got the car after 17:00h. I left the dealer and went home with the assumption that everything is in order, as I got home to my surprise the service book is not stamped, and yesterday they give me a call to say that they forgot to put in the two nuts of my rear wheels and the caps. so I drove all the way to Soweto with an unsafe car. this is the worse service I have ever received.
