Poor service from Lindsay Saker Welkom

I paid a large amount of money to have my car repaired. Im struggling since fetching the vehicle from them. I went back on several occasions to report a particular problem. I took vehicle somewhere else to be repaired and paid again. I have a report from that company on their letterhead stating that this particular problem was not properly fixed. I went to talk to the manager today and was told they fixed the problem and I can go see my lawyer. Is this the type of service we can expect from a reputable dealership? I think I was ****med by profesionals.
