Poor service

I took my polo to volkswagen in Bloemfontein ( Lindsay Saker) on the Tuesday. In the previous week I phoned to tell them that my brakes aren't working and my car needs a service. On the Tuesday morning at 10 they phoned me to say that they do not have brake parts in stock and I have to wait until the Wednesday morning. They do not have the parts for brakes after I phoned them a previous week to say my brakes aren't broken. They promised me on Wednesday morning I would have my car. Wednesday afternoon at 3 I phoned, after hearing nothing from them. They were not able to help and said they would phone me back. After phoning back they placed me on hold for 10 minutes where after I had to phone back. When phoning back they did not know if my car is ready and said they would phone back. At 5 in the afternoon (closing time) they still didn't phone back so I had to phone them again. They said my car is ready and I can pick it up the next morning (Thursday) at 07:00. Arriving at 07:00 I asked someone to help and he said he would get someone and he just left, never returning with someone to help. I have never seen someone so unwilling to help a customer
