Poor communication

Communication during sale has been very poor. Several oversights during the financing application and Sales department and Financing department does not appear to be on the same page. Ended up leaving dealership without my vehicle on the promised day. Promises made to rectify the dissatisfaction has not been met, and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the refilling of me tank as promised.
