Pay and Pay

I checked in my with a clutch - a problem recently repaired by VW midrand ( same branch) on 12 June 2015. I brought the car in late but I did call ahead. The guy managing the previous repairs said they will review it in 48 hours. It's now Wednesday and they haven't looked at it. Previously when I gave the vehicle in they broke the catch to keep the bonnet and said it was fair wear and tear and took no responsibility. I have a rare car and want to maintain by VW service history . However they take no reaponsibility for any previous work that gives issues again. As much as I like VW I think my next car should not be. Perhaps BMW or merc
