Pathetic vw car licence service

Your car licence renewal service is pathetic. I made use of the service in June and I still have not received my licence disk. The last time I spoke to one of your consultants I requested that you send me proof that you have made the application for the renewal with the traffic department, as you kept on telling me that they are the ones delaying you. Since then I have not received any communication. Your service is pathetic, the number rings unanswered whenever I try to call, you never reply to emails. I want my money please!!!
