pathetic service being treated like nothing

On the 1st of Dec i took my car to lindsay saker for service, i got there @ ten past seven because <br> i didn't want to be late for work. They opened and we were told to sit @ the reception like we normally do. The drivers came and ask where everyone is going. i told them i am going to Malvern, they told me to stay behind someone will come and take me to Malvern. the second driver left me and the third driver did not wanna take me until i complained and that is when the driver was organised for me. during the day Charlene phoned me, he said they are going to send the driver at 14:00 to fetch me because i am out of their way, i told them i can't just knock off because i am at work. Fortune phoned telling me the same thing Charlene told me i also told him i can't because iam at work i only knock off at 16:30, he said they've got 25 customers to collect and i am out of their way. I asked him why didn't they tell me they don't come to Malvern when i was phoning to book the car in? He said i must not tell him about what was said and not said to me. MY CAR WAS NOT EVEN WASHED. A lot was said to me i was disrespected i will tell the rest when their boss calls me. MY CAR REG BX 83 VC GP
