PATHETIC SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

My name is Prince Mbatha, I have purchased a bmw 320d from lindsay saker bloemfontein, at the end of December. that was a biggest mistake of my life because since then the selling dealer and the selling agent have gone out of their way to ensure that i am inconvenienced and they have ensured that i regrett buying a vehicle from that dealer.

I recieved owneship of the vehicle on the 31st of December 2020, with a permit that expired on the 21st of january, with my knowledge and experience in the motor trade as a technician for a vw dealer, i know its the selling dealers responsibility to ensure the license is done by them, since they are the selling dealer. threw the whole of january the selling agent (Hennie) never contacted me to advise about the arangement of the license, i had called him on the 19th of janueary to find out what is going on, he the said he will send me a natis report, then i will have to go and do the license myself. i never recieved it, the whole of february i drove the car with no license or permit, until i came into a roadblock in johannesburg on the 8th of february, i called the dealer i spoke to Daruis and Hennie, while the arresting officer was present, they had promised to send the natis report, they did send it but it was to late, then i was at the police station beaing locked up. i had a R1500, bail to pay, and the selling dealer could not even provide a lawyer since that was their ressponsibilty to ensure the license is done, i then had to take a day off and go to johannesburg to finalise the license, since i am based in north west for work reasons on the 4th of march (still driving with no license), that was completed on the 4th of March, no the dealership needs to refund me all my monies i have spent doing the license, it now has been 2 weeks and no refund.

so with this e-mail, i urge anybody who is reading this, please dont make the same mistake i did, DONT BUY A VEHICLE FROM LINDSAY SAKER BLOEMFONTEIN, because you are ensured to be inconvenienced or maybe like me, end up in prison for them not taking full responsibility. SO thank you to you Hennie and the whole of lindsay saker bloemfontein for making sure that i will never buy a vehicle from you ever again and i will make sure that this complaint reaches people who are in the market to buy a vehicle that Lindsay Saker is not the right dealer to buy from.
