Pathetic Service

Hi I booked for my car into Lindsay Saker Midrand for a check as the car keeps flashing a message about the water , My car is still under warranty , when booking the appointment I was told that car would be inspected and I was should be there to drop car between 7 and 8 am .I was the first person there this morning at 0620 ,had waited for them to open at 7 ,dealt with Patsy (service advisor) whom advised car will go through inspections and will confirm by 11:00 if any repairs needs to be done to car .At 12:20 sent a message to Nicole at VW whom said will give message to Patsy ,received a call from Patsy at 13:20 advising car has not been assessed , will advise by 15:00 if car to remain overnight .Not sure of reason car not assessed by that time when was 1st at V W ,have to book car at a different VW due to the delays and only available dates are next week which inconveniences me ...
