Pathetic service

<p>We have been having issues with our car so we take it to VW lindsay saker midrand, they say it was a software issue and now has been resolved. a couple of hours later not only has the issues not been resolved but the car has gotten worse nad now "VW" says they not sure whats wrong they have never seen this before and they now want to strip the car. we agreed to book our car in as it will tak 5 days which we agree to, but we request a courtesy car and guess what VW cannot not provide again. we email Jesse James who was in charge of the car and he gives us the worse service ever not considerate and repeats that we must book the car inand he cannot do anything more than stripping. we contact VW SA hoping to get a resolution and they say we must book our car in and they will work over night but they expect us to leave work during the day to do so. we could not do so and we say we will bring it in tomorrow, Now Jesse says that we have to leave it there for 5 days as we did not take it in the required time. VW do not car about their clients and don't care its the festive season and we do not have a car this service is disgusting and did not expect it from VW i honestly think this is the worst experience ever.</p>
