PATHETIC SERVICE

Bad Service! It's been a month and n half now that they don't assist me. I booked in my car with vw, so that they can repaire my car. My car is with Vw at the dealership for over a month now! The person at the service advisor side, is not doing his job at all. He went on vacation dec month, not finishing his work, i had to go the whole dec without a car! Even till this day, i do not have my car!

Very bad service! They don't want to help you at all!
