Pathetic Service

I bought a second hand car i20 from Lindsay Saker, Midrand on 31st March 2016. I haven't received the licence disc yet even after so many requests. They keep on promising each time. I have paid in full and car is not transferred in my name yet. I can't driver as car has no number plates and no disc and every time police sees the car, they stop me and ask many questions. The company is saying they can't find eNatis of previous owner. I don't expect this type of service from that big name.
