Overdue Refund

I ordered my oil pump and sprocket parts at VW Lindsay Saker in Hyde Park just off Jan Smuts road. I had no need for the parts again and sent them back for a refund and was told that there was a 10% handling fee which would mean I would get less than what I paid for...which is fine.<br> <br> Two weeks later I still have not received my refund of R2900. I called Aldo the entire week last week only to be told to leave a message and he will get back to me, I finally got a hold of him on Friday and he promised me that I will have my refund today, its almost the end of the day and nothing yet.<br> <br> I am not asking for anything more or less just the amount owed to me - I took the parts back and have not received any refund, if I do not make a call to Aldo he never gets back to me at all.
