NTT VW Krugersdorp Complain,

I bought my second car, a brand new VW Caddy TDI through VW Benoni in December 2019, which gave me the best service. 2 months later I got stuck with a clutch which was sensitive since bought. VW NTT Krugersdorp which was nearest to me, book in a car and insist its a driver abuse and I need to pay R 27 000 cash outside Warranty, I felt like a learner driver and my 8 years of drivering were insulted. But in contrast VW Constantia Kloof are saying no issues, its a warranty issue and are willing to help me with the car and use Warranty. Now these mampara dealer at VW krugersdorp, are refusing to give my car back and claim I need to pay R27 000 cash first because they already ordered the part. They are so hungry for my money. I got a very bad customer service from this dealer and I'll never recommend any one to go there. Please advise.
