Nothing but a pay day for the sales man

in September 2016 i purchased a 2016 Golf SV which was a demo model from Lindsay Saker fourways. the sales man Shane Jackson, used us for a quick pay day. the car from day one has been nothing but endless problems and runs us the cost of running up and done and having to beg to get the car fixed. my messages have been read and ignored and my calls rejected. the car basically feels like i am driving a cheap 3rd hand vehicle, it rattles like a a broken golf, dances on the road like a car thats shocks are gone and leaks like a tin shack. the sales man who drove this car did not look after it. the Radio is messed up from a air freshner that leaked out, which also caused the centre console to bubble which i have been waiting for parts and had to ask for myself, now i am waiting for a booking for almost 3 months to take the car in. it came to a point where i actually asked of the parts could sent to VW hatfield so i could get it fitted. but once again i was ignored by Shane Jackson ( the sales man). its disappointing as i am a VW fanatic and this is the service i get. i raised my issue with customer care and to date nothing has happened, i cannot even take my car for a servoce because i never got a service book. the list of issues are endless and really scary. this really makes me want to change brands. the issues above are just the tip of the ice berg. so sad that this is the service i get from a OEM i love.
