Nonsense delearship & Service

This is a nonsense delearship. Got turned away today by a mere service advisor after bringing in a car for brakes failure. The so called advisor said they cannot inspect the car because I did not make a booking, i mean the issue was an emergency, how do you turn away a customer for that. This delearship should consider havinh Sane people at the service advisory desk because clearly this one was insane. It's unfortunate I didn't get his name.
