None-replacement of car parts

Hey guys, earlier this year i took my car in for major service at Lindsay Saker Welkom, around April, and I was charged for this like the air filter replacement, however i recently took my car in to a different establishment and the air filter had red dust from when i was in North West in December (that was the ladt time i was in NW) and the main reason why i took my car to a different establishment it's because the aircon would release hot air when i had the aircon on "low".

Be careful of this dealership
