No service

I went to this dealership to get my code for the radio. I was advised that because I don't service my car there I will be charged R250. I agreed to pay the amount but as I was booking my car in the guy who initially helped me had a chat with another guy with an Italian name. He informed me that I will be charged R980 for them to \diagnose why they can't get the code\" because I was there a week before. I think this was a tactic for me to go away and I indeed went away."
