No paper work for my car

<p>We purchased a new car and paid cash at Lindsay Saker Rivionia. They cannot find our file or give us NATIS docs for the car. We have been told by them to go apply for duplicate documents. Just not acceptable. This come at a cost to us. Such bad service. </p>
