NO integrity when dealing with clients.

I would like to share my experience of the service received and utter disappointment at the VW east rand mall. My wife and i, visited the dealership and found a vehicle that she really liked. We went in and saw the vehicle more than once and decided to go ahead with the deal. We even test drove the 2023 T-Cross. Not to mention that we have to leave work at the time. We received a quotation and was ready to conclude. Today i receive a message from Azsha-Dee Mackay that the vehicle was sold. So you give me the run around and now you tell me that its sold. This i cannot accept as i feel there is internal issues - Capacity issues.

VW SA HEAD OFFICE- PLEASE CAN YOU SORT THIS OUT AS WE ARE VERY UPSET AND WANT OUR DEAL. I CANNOT ACCEPT THIS FEEDBACK.
