my car was not well serviced

I serviced my car which is Polo 1.4 Comfortline white in colour model 2012 at Linsay Saker VW Bloemfontein on the 5th of Janaury 2016 for Mayaor Service i paid R4 100 on hte 26 February i was travelling From Bloemfontein to Ladybrand when i approach Botshabelo (Free state) my car was over heating i took it to Lindsay Saker VW Monday the 29th February the service advisor was not nice to me she told me that Fan of the car is not part of the service and the brakes and she told i'm going to pay R1 100 and i told her i'm not going to pay as the car was from service the did not check evrything in the cat, wednesday the 2nd of March 2016 she phoned me and tell me they have to replace the top casket and it will cost me R10 400 and the Brakes to be repairs is R2 000 my car is now 54000 KM is now for years. Lindsay saker is not treating or doing their job properly because many people complain about them.
