Maintenance plan not utilised

Although I paid for the service and additional fee for the maintenance plan, VW Lindsay Saker Rivonia refused to cover the cost of my consumables when i took my in for the 45000km service. Further compounded by the fact that the service adviser and the sales executive did not communicate with each other nor with me. The only person who suffered was me. Due to the lack of knowledge of cars on my side,I put all my trust in VW to look after my car, however they have failed and have failed to sort out my problem. According to the service adviser I am now driving a car that is very dangerous to be on the roads, my choices are to fork out the additional money to pay for the consumables that I have already paid for or to continue driving a vehicle that needs new break pads. <br> <br> I feel manipulated, as the sales executive convinced me I would not have worries if I purchased this additional plan, yet also cheated, because although I purchased it, I still have to take money out to pay for the very things he promised i would not have to worry about. <br> <br> Please can someone advise me when this will be sorted out and when I can take my car in to complete the service.
