Lindsay Saker VW Midrand , Arrogant Service Manager

I have a brand new polo tsi 2021. My issue with the car it keeps on squeaking on the brakes when moving from 10km/20km p/h. i have reported it twice. The second issue developed after the first when Lindsay Saker changed my clips on my calipers because it was broken. Now when driving my at 100km/120 km my brakes are shuddering. i took my car in again and was assured the problem is sorted out. 2 weeks later i travelled long distance and to my amazement the problem is still there. Brakes are shuddering. Where is the reassurance that i have purchased a reputable brand. Where is customer interaction and feedback to ensure i am taken care of ? Where is the humility and quality assurance that my car will be sorted out. Where is the customer service Lindsay Saker VW Midrand and VW south Africa? i feel disgusted and very frustrated. The service manager and VW Midrand is totally rude and on more than one occasion has shouted at me. Fortune from vw Midrand actually asked me on the call with VW SA present what is the purpose of the call. How rude is this sir, i am like any other customer seeking answers and a resolution.
