Lindsay Saker sells accident damaged vehicles

Don't buy a car from Lindsay Saker group. No shame in selling accident damaged vehicles and then doing all in their power to not take any responsibility. Unfortunately I bought the car from a dealer in JHB and I am in Cape Town. Trusted the reputation of the dealer and the required checks from their side would be done.

I bought a 2014 Audi Q3 still under service plan from them less than 2 months ago. A month after purchase the engine management light and engine warning light flashed the first signs of trouble. Had the car at Audi and they declined to repair due to pre-existing damage. Had the car back and forth to Audi a few more times, then to a reputable coachwork company and at Dekra for a quick check. All three independent parties agreed that there is accident damage.

Here's a list of the issues so far: 1. Turbo failure 2. Intercooler needs replacement 3. Suspension steering noise issue 4. Evidence of the car being on a chassis jig 5. Left side of the car spray work and poor alignment of door panels 6. Rear bumper misaligned and evidence of accident damage 7. Front bumper and bonnet misaligned and evidence of accident damage 8. Car has no power intermittently, multiple dashboard warning lights. 9. Oil leaks 10. Loose trim panels on the front of the car and inside the passenger door. 11. Loose fog light 12. Crumbling and loose pieces of steel putty in the engine bay 13. Missing engine cover 14. Missing engine plate cover underneath the vehicle

So how in any universe is this acceptable. I have repeatedly asked them to take the car back. Only received conditional offers and unsatisfactory answers.

In the meantime I am at risk driving a badly damaged vehicle.
