<p>I took my Taureg in for a service on the 9th of December 2016 it is now 16 weeks later and I still don't have it back. They found a oil seal that was sweating oil and attempted to replace it. They have now replaced the engine with a new one after they seized the original. I have been told 6 times now that it has been repaired only to be disappointed every time. I even requested VW SA to get involved but to no avail. So much for South Africa's top customer service company.</p>
