Lindsay Saker Germiston - Terrible Service!!!!

Avoid purchasing any vehicle from Lindsay Saker Germiston. A vehicle was purchased prior to the Lockdown and in the beginning of the lockdown, we found that the vehicle was in a huge accident. The front was severely damaged and both airbags released. This was never disclosed. The deal was cancelled after the Lockdown, but a tracker unit was installed and accessories done. The accessories was removed by ourselves at our own costs, as told by the dealer. The dealer confirmed in writing to refund the tracker, which was taken over a 3 year contract. When returning the vehicle, the principal confirmed that we will not be refunded. Apart from the financial loss, the service was terrible. The dealer has no pride in providing customer service by portraying the image of VW. The emotional strain was unbearable and the total experience was absolutely terrible. Upon calling VW SA to report a complaint, we were told that the issue would have to be resolved between ourselves and the dealer and they are in no position to assist at all.
