Good day to everyone. If you are looking to buy a second hand vehicle from Lindsay Saker Germiston, please think twice before you do. We have been busy with a trade-in with them for three weeks now but still have not received the vehicle. We have used a vehicle as a trade and paid the full outstanding balance for the vehicle being bought, cash so there was no financing or any such paperwork that needed to be done. Since all the paperwork has been finalized, we have received excuse after excuse as to why the vehicle has not yet been delivered to us. The vehicle went for a service check to see if there were any faults on the vehicle so that they can be rectified before the vehicle is delivered to us. No faults were found. The first time the vehicle was supposed to come, the battery was dead. The second time, the vehicle was supposedly on its way but then lost power due to an oil leak. I work as a mechanic and an oil leak would not cause a loss of power. Everytime since then we hear that they find more and more faults and the delivery continues to be delayed. The worst of all is that we as the client are never notified of anything. If we don't call and ask what is going on then we hear nothing from them. If the person you try to call is not available at the moment you call, you are told a message will be given to them to call you back. They never call you back so you have to keep calling until you finally reach the person you have tried to call for hours or maybe even days. Please do yourself and spare yourself a lot of anger, frustration and headaches and go to another dealer to buy a vehicle. No matter if they have a better price than other dealerships, their service is not worth a cheaper price nor your mental health.
