Recently purchased a Tiguan from this dealership and the customer service was really shocking. We have now had the vehicle for just about 4 months and it doesnt even start. We have been informed that there were after market modifications done on the car that was never brought to our attention and this is now our problem. No VW chain wants to even assist and work on the vehicle even though the vehicle is under warranty. Nobody from VW Germiston returns our call. It is in our right to return the car as we have it for less than 6 months but they refuse. The Ombudsman will be contacted in this regard. I cant believe we are in possession of such a "prestigious" vehicle from a well known brand that doesn't work. This is appalling.
