Lindsay Saker Edenvale are ********

I bought a VW Polo 1.0 trendline from them last year in July, on that same day I bought the car I aslo purchased other products, amongst those products was a 24 months maintenance plan. The other day, Tuesday 16th of August 2022, I enquired about the maintenance plan, only to be told it has expired on 90000km, then I enquired as to how that can be, when the contract says nothing about any kilometres, it specifically says, and I quote, "Period of cover: 24 months or 0 km (whichever comes first) Cover up to km: 0 km From km: 0 km" and I searched the contract for any mention of that 90000km, and no where does it say anything about it. I just want to know if this is how they do business? By ripping people off? Or if it was the finance guy who used to work there AJ Smith ripping people off for his own benefit?

Can you not rectify it without contacting me? You have all the documentation on your side. I really don't want to talk to anyone from there

A week later and I'm still sitting here with an unresolved matter, even though you said someone was rectifying it. This is such an inconvenience, all I want is proof that the maintenance is active, as you said you'd honour the contract I signed, but it's a week later and I still don't have any confirmation or proof that it is active, no one responds to emails. Can I please get this sorted out today? Or do I have to escalate it further with the Lindsay Saker group and VWSA?
