Lindsay Saker Edenvale

<p>I purchased a used vw vehicle from the Edenvale branch of Lindsay Saker through an internet Ad. Vehicle was financed and deposit paid before I had even seen the vehicle. I trusted that being a dealership there would be no issues or concerns as to the vehicles condition. I then flew up to JHB to collect vehicle. A driver kindly collected me and taxied me to the branch. The short story from there on was that i did have a number of issues related to the vehicles condition and after taking delivery then carefully inspecting at my accommodation later that day, was in doubt as to whether the previous owner had some, more than minor, work done to the vehicle. Needless to say That night proved to be a sleepless one.... </p> <p>This is where the account changes direction from what would ordinarily be expected from this point on (heard one too many used vehicle nightmare stories )</p> <p> </p> <p>After some advice from friends and others i travelled to the branch the following morning. Dealer principal was in a meeting at the time, so I raised my serious concerns and doubts with the sales person and Mastercars manager. </p> <p>During this rather emotional exchange the Dealer Principal, Fabio Lazzari joined the discussion.</p> <p>I cannot stress enough how amazingly Fabio dealt with the matter. I was absolutely reassured with regards to the importance of my feelings regarding the vehicle, and the matter was quickly resolved at a COST to the branch !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I congratulate Fabio and his team for the impeccable manner in which all my concerns were acknowledged and in the way the matter was resolved.</p>
