Lindsay Saker Bloemfontein

We rented a Vw up from Lindsay Saker Bloemfontein, whilst servicing our vehicle. I was informed that the rental cost R350 which cover the first 50km. But upon returning the rental vehicle I was informed that I had to fill up the rental vehicle, which I did. After returning to the dealership again I learned that there was no requirement to fill up the vehicle with petrol! I also discovered that the vehicle was not fully refueled when I received it. We traveled 27.8km during the rental and the vehicle was refueled with 10.69liters to the valuee of R174.90. They did not offer a refund. I am disappointed!
