Lindsay Saker Alberton service

I ask for help with an open window, where the driver's switch stopped working and VW Alberton could not assist with closing the window for me but asked me to bring it back on Thursday. It's raining today and my window is open. I have had the similar problem twice before this but I can't blame in on them since the car was taken to Lindsay Saker Midrand. They could have helped with closing the window to show they care about their clients instead of making me wait to tell me to bring back the car Thursday.
