Let give credit where its due!

Well done to Rudi Klopper at VW Edenvale!!! This guy was able to identify the issue using his ears ( listening skill) without the equipment and sort it out in less than an hour. To cut my story short. When I picked up my car after a service from Edenvale I notice some strange noise coming from the front ( driver side). I reported the issue to Lenette Jansen ( Service Advisor). She then advised me to return the vehicle to be checked where the noise is coming from.

I returned the car and the feedback from the workshop was the noise is coming from the right shocks. To my surprise because my shocks were replaced 3 months ago. Same day later, I went back to discuss the feedback with Lenette. Rudi showed up and test drive the car and listen to the noise. He took my car to the workshop it was around 17h30 and resolve the issue in less than an hour. The noise was infact coming from inside the fender not the shocks, meaning the feedback from the warehouse was nonsense while they had equipment to use but gave wrong results.
